Pricing is based on the current fair market value of each item. We also use professional appraisers, my many years of experience and research when needed.
We provide all the advertising needed to have a great and profitable sale.
The sale is held for 1, 2, or 3 days.The # of days will depend on the size of the estate.
All personnel is provided for a smooth and safe sale.
We offer a broom swept clean out. An additional fee is required. (A clean out is optional)
FEES
The initial in-home evaluation of your estate is absolutely free with no obligation.We charge a percentage of the proceeds from the sale,and it is based on the amount of work needed to host the sale.The contract clearly spells out the scope of work,fees and schedule.
There is never any upfront costs.
The fee for my services is paid from the proceeds of the sale.

Estate Auctions
Estate items are placed in lots.
The lots are pictured on the company’s website where customers place bids.
The customer with the highest bid will win that lot.
The winners will pick up their win on a set day and time..
CLEAN OUT
We offer a broom swept clean out. Following a sale, the home be will clean with in 72hrs
Not enough for a sale,the home can be cleaned within 48hrs.
There is an additional fee for this service.The amount will depend on work needed.
